Recently I’ve been trying out more natural ways and supplements, to help relive back pain from having multiple spinal surgeries as well as decreasing stress and anxiety. These supplements from Natrol have Ashwagandha, 5-HTP, Lemon Balm & L-Theanine. All of these have be shown to support serotonin which help enhances mood, supports the body’s ability to reduce stress and Anxiety, helps restore a sense of calm and relaxation without drowsiness. Among all those amazing benefits some of the ingredients have been shown to reduce migraines/headaches, helps with insomnia discomfort from menstrual cramps, has cancer fighting benefits etc I’ve been taking these for a couple of days and I 100% feel a difference in my body when I’m ready for bed which is when I get the most Anxious. I feel so much more calm, relaxed, And makes me go to sleep earlier and get the best sleep. I 100% recommended the supplements and I’m so happy I purchased them.

I'm reviewing these as my other medications I was using started to lose potency so my Dr informed me that whenever you need something frequently that your body can become immune to it's helpful properties.. That being explained I decided to switch to this instead of relying on one thing. I still use my formerly reviewed go to product but use these to help me not use my go to daily. Doing it this way I've noticed my Dr is right & they've both been working so much better whenever I need them! Simply take these 20mim before bedtime (they're herbal but I always suggested speaking w/ your medical providers before adding a medicine herbal or not due to everyone is different (not to mention medicine reactions) but this product does seem very safe & reasonable priced from a trusted brand so I'd def recommend this one! So I'm usually really big on herbs. Saw this at a local pharmacy and gave it a shot. That was money wasted. After 30 days I can't tell a difference in my stress level. Money not well spent. Ive bought cheaper products that work much better. This product is very misleading.

This product does exactly what it says! I already bought some and use it all the time! The only think to improve is packaging

We don’t feel like we need to use this product when we have the night and day calm gummies. My husband also said they kind of have a funky smell. We love the day and night gummies though!

Absolutely amazing! I can tell a huge difference in my mood and overall energy of my body if I’m taking these  I think these vitamins are the greatest ones I’ve ever had before and I tell everyone about them. Since this campaign, I’ve bought them for myself 5 times. And also— they taste super good. Not like a vitamin at all, more like a healthy, delicious fruit snack  

I got the pleasure of trying these out a couple of months ago and first off I will say they have an amazing flavor! Overall I think they do their job in helping you rest more easy and get a better nights rest. Best results shown over time!

These are great for those times when you need a quick stress relief. The only thing is I wish these were gummies and not capsules. Gummies are just so much easier to take. These really do improve my stress levels quickly and make me calm. It’s very hard to explain .. it’s not like this ahh i feel so calm moment but more like you notice you have handled things much better or calmer than you would have before. I love this because i have a low tolerance and don’t like to be sleepy. I would recommend these to everyone. i have already told my mother in law to try them. I feel confident taking these knowing ingredients are drug free. Combined with the night time gummies i feel like my old self again. I don’t freak out or stress obsessively. If you suffer from anxiety you understand what i mean.

relaxia ultimate calm was a great way to start the day! it gave me a peace of mind in the morning routine. with a newborn during a pandemic it definitely helped ease some anxiety. it’s affordable and love that it’s a drug free stress reliever!
