This is a natual way to get some sleep instead of sleeping pill. I use it when I am too stress and tired but cannot sleep. I usually only need 0.5mg, so I cut the pill in half. It has been very effective.

My oldest daughter could stay up all night and not be tired. This melatonin helps her to fall asleep at it appropriate hour so that she could be well rested for school and other activities the next day

Natrol is a trusted brand of melatonin 😴 in my opinion. I have taken the 1mg tabs, 3mg, 5mg, and 10 mg tabs from Natrol. I find that they work well and are the best buy for my money. Highly recommended.

This product is amazing.. I have an autistic son and I have tried all kinds of melatonin and none has calm him down and worked like this one has. I use it ever night on him I give it at 8 and he is sleeping by the time I want him to be asleep at that’s 830. Great product

I very particular about what brand of melatonin I take this seems to be the only brand that works I am a insomniac so this is a must have very good brand

This is a pretty generic melatonin I use whenever I travel. Normally I eat chocolates that have melatonin in them before I go to bed, but on days when I have already brushed my teeth I use one of these. I actually have the 5 mg dose and it takes a while to work, but then I have a really deep sleep.

I was a little disappointed in this pedicure because it took me a while to fall asleep! I had to end up taking two, but I may give it another try to see if it works!
