I’ve been very pleased with Natrol fast dissolve melatonin 10 mg . The tablets dissolve quickly in the mouth , making them convenient to take without water. The strawberry flavor is pleasant and not overly sweet, which is a nice bonus. This supplement helps me relax and fall asleep faster.

I take about 1.5 of these in order to fall asleep easily within the hour. Be sure to put them under you tongue and remain in a dark room for best results. Very good for price.
