I really struggled getting to sleep and falling asleep. I decided I wanted to try something besides a prescription. I took one and I fell asleep about a half hour later. I slept the whole night. I woke up the next morning and I did not feel groggy or “hungover” feeling. I slept about 8 hours It also tasted very good Easily dissolved.

This fast dissolved 3mg made by Natrol melatonin in strawberry flavor is working really well to making me falling asleep faster every night. I usually pop one or sometimes two right before hopping into bed. These pills make me feel relax and sleepy. I fall asleep fast and stay asleep all night. It’s a good value package.

This works way too well! First time I tried it I knocked out until the late morning. Safe to say we’ll be using this for a while, as necessary. It’s also not a big tablet and easy to dissolve! Flavor-wise it tastes like candy 😝 10 stars 🌟

I don't use melatonin often but when I do I use this brand. The texture isn't the greatest, I like the gummies more but these definitely help you sleep!

Effective with a faint taste. I do take 30 mins prior to bed and feel like it does help me fall asleep. Does give me odd dreams. Easy to open package.

One of the best melatonin so far. It works within 30 mins after taking it. And if you’re a first time user then it’s recommended to take half first and then increase the dosage. Don’t want you to sleep all day.

My go-to melatonin! I take it with water but it is not necessary. I used to take gummies but did not like that I consumed sugar before bed. This is so effective and never let me down!

This product really does help me sleep. It tastes good, which is surprisingly hard to find in a melatonin supplement. It is a bit pricey for me, but absolutely worth it.

I struggle with sleep and insomnia so it’s hard to fall asleep some days. On those days I struggle the most, I take one of these 5 mg melatonin pills. They dissolve quickly and the strawberry taste is pleasant. The cost is great at Costco for the 250 tablet quantity. I do fall asleep very quickly but unfortunately I don’t remain asleep the whole night. That is not what melatonin is for so I don’t blame this tablet for my inability to stay asleep. The taste, the effectiveness to fall asleep quickly and the cost are worth it to me. I would gladly repurchase!
