I love this product. My Granddaughter needed help relaxing and falling asleep. And in the morning especially during the week , School days. She emotionally would have bad mornings and even worse afternoon because she was so tired and grumpy from not sleeping soundly. Since shes been taking Natrol melatonin shes been sleeping so soundly that the mornings and after school planings were seriously such a delight. She has even noticed the difference herself. Thank you so much . I cant wait for her to try the Calm gummies for daytime.

I only take melatonin when I need to catch up on some sleep. You get tire faster and sleep longer and feel refreshed. They work so amazing. The gummies taste like candy.

Not the best. I typically take 5mg and I will get tired in the next hour or two. This brand does not work for me and I had stopped taking it. Only giving it two stars because the gummies taste great with great gummy texture and it was fairly cheap. Will not buy this brand again

These sleeping gummies work. I take two right before bed to help me fall asleep faster then usual. They taste delicious and don't have an aftertaste. The value for the money is well worth it. I actually stock up on these from Costco. Lasts me months.
