This is by far my favorite way to get lip color! I use it daily to brighten me up. The pencil goes on smoothly, the color stays for a good amount of time and the color are very complimentary to various skin tones...and all for a great price. This is a standard in my beauty routine.
I am so in love with these lip pencils!! I got my first 2 as a birthday gift from Sephora last year and now I'm hooked. They are the perfect size to stash in any purse and come in several gorgeous shades. Love love love!
I got this in a sephora mixed bag in the shade rikugien. I mean the formulation is super nice and I like it but I would not invest in this shade. It is literally the color of my lips. I see no difference.

I love the NARS Satin Lip Pencil! They are super pigmented and stay on my lips all day. The packaging is very sleek and easy to throw in my purse when I go out. I hope to get more of the Satin Lip Pencils in the future because I only have one but I do enjoy that one that I have.
This lip pencil is so great. It is moisturizing, pigmented, and smooth. It also comes in a variety of colors to suit almost any skin tone. I love how lightweight it feels, and it is fairly long lasting. I love using this as a base for other lip colors to allow for a seamless finish.
Q & A
Will this dry out my lips?
SERIOUS AND HELPFUL ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE I absolutely love this lip pencil, I got it b a a trial and then bought the full size. I've been using it for about a half of a year now, however, as of late I have had trouble with my lips being abnormally dry. I've never had problems with chapped lips. I stopped using lip products for a week and it cleared up, but when I started using it again they chapped again. This has only been within last few weeks. I'm curious as to whether anyone else has experienced this and what they did to remedy it. I don't usually use lip primer, but that may be a possibly solution? It could be something unrelated to the lip product, but I'm thinking it is related.
Worth the price?
Is this worth the money? How is the quality? Does it last a while?
Is it really worth the price if it isn't a twist-up pencil? Seems like it would need to be sharpened a lot
