SILKY FORMULA LAYERS SEAMLESSLY, WEARS WEIGHTLESSLY
Exclusive Translucent Prismatic Technology creates the perfect suspension of pearls and pigments in a soft, transparent base. Uniquely weightless, each application delivers the truest color application in a luxurious texture.
APPLY WET OR DRY TO ACHIEVE MULTI-DIMENSIONAL EFFECTS
Innovative wet/dry formula transforms on skin to allow for two effects: Apply dry for a silky transparent veil of color. Apply wet for a high-impact second-skin glow that instantly blends into skin.
FOUR MODERN SHADES
Palette features four modern shades that can be worn alone or together for a limitless range of effects.
HOW TO USE:
As the innovative formula creates multi-dimensional effects, apply using the #23 Wet/Dry Blush Brush dry for a silky transparent veil of color, or wet for a high-impact, second-skin glow that instantly blends into skin.
For a healthy flush, apply Shade III beginning at the apples of the cheeks, blending up toward cheekbones, temples, and hairline.
Brush Shade I down the center of the nose and along hairline, over the edges of Shade III to diffuse the color.
Sweep Shade IV over the eyelids to create a soft wash of color.
Create a warm allover glow by dusting Shade IV onto cheeks and blending up into hairline.
Add dimension to the eye by applying it in the crease.
Gently buff Shade II onto the apples of the cheeks to soften the color.

You can use these wet or dry but if you use these dry you need a pretty thick brush to pick them up. Overall I really like the palette and like using it, but considering the price I don't think I would go out and buy it again.
Ok, so, I'm Hispanic and I have the traditional tan color skin. I bought this online and at the beginning I was so disappointed because you could hardly see the color on my face. I tried a synthetic, really dense brush and this worked a little better. One day, for some reason, I decided to spray the brush with some fix plus (MAC) and swirled the brush with some anger ( 60 + dollars I paid for these blushes!). Never do that, never apply blush with anger. I don't have to say what happened next. Cleaned my face and sprayed the brush, gently tapping the blush pan. Perfect pigmentation!!! Since then I can't stop using them. Freaking love them!
