NARS Contour Blush

I just got this product in yesterday tried it for the first time today and I am very impressed with both the color and the formula of the contour shade. The contour shade is more of a cool contour which is something I’ve been looking for you don’t always want a warm shade every day and this formula is just that. A very fine and pigmented cool tone to contour shade that blends out very beautiful and is very smooth. This is the first Nars contour product I have purchased and I will definitely be looking into more contour products from Nars because the formula is excellent highly pigmented and blends out so nice you don’t get the splotchy contour texture
I love love this double compact for a natural look! The blush is the perfect neutral rose color to add to your cheeks. My favorite thing about this item is the highlight! This light color adds the extra pop to my contour and the product is super blend-able and pigmented. This is a must have product to have for any look. It’s on the pricey side but it’s so worth it! I would recommend to a friend or client.

This powder is beautiful and very fine and easy to blend. I have shade Paloma which for some reason is a bit more bronzy than I’d like for a contour I wish tiny bit more ashy but it still works especially if you don’t like the “grey” muddy contour look and don’t want to mess up. The brightening powder is great for under the eyes or anywhere you want to highlight.

Impluse buy. I absolutely love this little compact. The highlight shade is matte and gives a subtle glow to the face and the contour shade is very natural looking on my skin. It applies a bit sheer but is definitely buildable. It's hard to mess up application with this. Also, I like that the compact is small and travel friendly.

This is the perfect shade combination for the pale Asian skin tone. It doesn't have any grey undertone which makes my face dull, but it's not orange at all either. It perfectly matches my skin and gives me a subtle shading effect. It's very elegant and natural - great for everyday makeup.
Just like my nars blush duos, I love this compact. Blends just like nars blushes, possibly even better. Contour color is perfect for my skin tone, and the highlight shade is amazing for under my eyes. I have had this for quite some time and haven't put a dent in it. Packaging is great and I would recommend to some one beginning to contour as it is super user friendly.

Love that they give more of the dark contour shade than the lighter highlighting shade which I only use occasionally to set my under eyes or lighten on the side of the face under the contour. Love the contour color as it isn’t too orange and one of the few contour shades I have found that I actually like on my skin tone.

I have fair skin and my cheekbones aren’t super defined, so I need a countor product that creates a lot of definition while sill blending in naturally to my skin. NARS to the rescue! I love how easy it is to apply and the ivory shades are perfect for me. It’s expensive but lasts a while so I think it’s worth it.
the formula is great as is with all nars powders haha. the only reason why i’m giving 4 stars is because olympia is a bit too red for contour and too dark for blush. it’s just like a really warm brown so i don’t understand why they called it a blush. it’s pretty, but it’s not a blush or even a contour.
Highlighter half of this product barely lasted me more than 3 months, but the contour side has lasted me 4-6 years now. I really love the muted tones of it as well. Most contour palettes have orange tones that drown your skin tone out but this one blends well and is pigmented just right.
Q & A
I've been wanting to learn how to contour my face and heard nars palettes are good to begin with due to the simplicity. I have sensitive skin and usually go for a more natural look when it comes to makeup. does nars seem like a friendly place for a contour amateur to start with?
How's the pigmentation, blendability, and longevity on this contour powder? Is it worth the buy?
Is the lighter color more of a highlight or a blush?
How does this Blend ?? I have light skin and am wondering if it's too dark
Do you like nars? I've used a few of their items and I haven't come across much I like.
