I was sick with a pretty bad cold and this was one of my go to things to help me recover. Must have worked because I got over it pretty quickly in comparison to normal. Great taste (a little to much orange juice) and no grainy texture. I would recommend them.
The broccoli one isn't too bad. It does have a strong taste but it's ok. If you drink it fast it won't taste like much lol I would drink those ones and the banana chocolate an hour before each workout. The protein really helps with muscle tears.
