Where do I even start? This product is definitely NOT for people with sensitive skin, aloe or not. The first time I used this, it literally felt like it was burning my legs. After washing it off, the next day I woke up with a huge, painful rash on my legs, everywhere I had applied it. I know, probably my fault for not doing a “spot test.” But I wasn’t expecting to react like that.

Not only that, but it didn’t seem to remove ANY hair from my legs at all. The hair was still there and so was the rash that came with it.

But the worst part of this product? The smell! The smell itself is something that will always put me off from buying another nair product - even if I am curious about it. The smell smells like rotten eggs and it is a lingering smell. You think that once you wash it off, the smell will go away? Nope! I hope you weren’t planning on going out after using that because the smell will follow you around.

I had really high hopes for this product, and now I hate it. I used this on my legs and under my arms. It worked pretty good on my legs, just left a few patches, but it took the skin off my armpits along with the hair! I left it on for less than 2 minutes and I had to walk around with my arms up for 2 weeks! Do not use if you have sensitve skin! If you enjoy having armpits and wearing deodorant, do not use nair.

This product works extremely well with removing hair, even the thickest hair. It makes your legs feel silky smooth with very little effort, but with that little effort comes some down falls. First off is the smell. It is awful, but what else can you expect when you are burning your hair off! Also it has left mild chemical burns on my legs. I do have sensitive skin though so I knew there was a chance of that. Other than those too things it is great!

This works really good. If you are looking for a fairly easy way to remove body hair without the irritation, this is the way to go. It can get a little messy and it smells horrible, but if yo can get past that, it works great. I also like to use it if i need a quick touch up around my brows, but I leave it on for only a few minutes.

Patient is key for this product to work. And you need a little longer than normal body hair to work to it best potential. But it works but don't over do the time it suggested or your legs will start to burn. I use every now and then when I'm in a hurry but don't want to take the time to shave my legs but it can be messy. And the smell to this product is awful and the smell will stay in the bathroom too forever it seems like. Wish they would make it a better scent. But overall it works good.

I've not had the best of luck using this brand (used different varieties on arms, legs and face). Often causes bleeding and rashes. Doesn't fully do the job either, which sucks when it's too painful to follow up with a razor. Veet works better for me. Affordable price.

As someone who absolutely hates shaving. I use nair on my bikini area and legs. It doesn’t smell the greatest but it works wonders! I also have sensitive skin and it has never once bothered me! I definitely recommend to any to try who hates shaving!

Nair has its pros and cons

Pro: easy to use, leaves legs feeling smooth

Cons: smells terrible, takes a long time, clogs bathroom, itchs while on

This leaves me torn, but I would probably just stick to regular shaving since nair is more time consuming. The only reason why I like nair is because there is no risk of cutting yourself. I can't really shave my knee because I am afraid of cutting myself. Also some nair products are thick and clog bathrooms so I would use a wet papertowel to remove nair and just throw it out in the trash.

In the end it all depends on your preference

I’ve purchased this product a couple of times. I hated it because it smelled so bad and made my skin slightly irritated. It somewhat does its job. But, you really have to follow the instructions thoroughly. It’s just not worth it. I’d rather use a razor or spend the money on sugar waxing.

I look at this every time I go to the store for a razor. How well does this actually work? Does it irritate skin?
