nails inc. Leather Polish
This is a fun nail polish, I get so many compliments when I wear it. It goes on nice and even when applying and dries to a leather texture. You can't use a top coat with it so it chips easily, however it dries quickly and comes off with remover easily so doing a redo isn't a huge hassle.
I gave myself a manicure with this in Sephora (a surprisingly common practice here in NYC) & I loved how it felt when it dried. Honestly, I don't think it feels like leather, but that's still up for interpretation, as my friends think it does. I really just like polishes that have texture to them, & this one is no exeption. I'm not even gonna complain about the price, because since textured nails are in this season, the polish is always going to go at a premium. Just like crackle last year; I'll probably buy this on clearance later this year lol
This polish is fantastic, but really expensive when purchased for full price. However, I found most of mine on clearance in Sephora, so it may not be as readily available anymore as it once was. The texture is beautiful and it dries really quickly. You can even layer another polish over this and it keeps the texture as long as it's a thin color over top. There aren't a ton of colors, but the black, red, and tan definitely look the coolest because they look like actual leather. Looks so cool on any length of nail. Fast dry time, too!
This nail polish is amazing. It gives off an "edgy/sophisticated" look. Ive had mine for about a week and it has yet to chip. I was worried that it would stain my nails the first time iapplied the polish but my nails looked as clean as ever . While it lasts long, it is still very easily removed with remover. The consistency is great also. its completely liquidy without being overly runny.
Nothing but good news in this review. I found this polish marked down to 97¢ at Ulta. The faux leather top on the bottle is super cute. I was surprised that the effect turned out so well. It dries quickly and doesn't need a top coat cause that would take away from the look (of course). I would recommend "noho" to anyone that loves adding a little edge to a black mani.
This is great! Mine actually came as part of a set with some nail decals and studs and some nail glue. Only around $30-$40 if I'm remembering right so it's a pretty good value. Either way, I love this. Smooth formula which is surprising given the effect you eventually achieve. I found two coats works best. It dries very quickly. Top coat not recommended as it will ruin the look.
I LOVE this color and texture polish! It's not nearly as gritty as Zoya's fairydust or OPI's liquid sand. More closely related to a finely dimpled hard leather... Not matte or highgloss, it's more like a suede/satin finish. It's durable and you can't help just feeling the texture all day.
