Keeps me aware of the calories, fat, and sugar I put into my body and I love that it syncs with my  Apple Watch Series 2 to provide info on my workouts and daily steps, in regards to calorie burning and what calories I'm ingesting. I love that I can easily scan foods purchased at stores. The one negative is that I try to cook at home most of the time and trying to add food that I've put together and made is virtually impossible (but that's not MyFitnessPal's fault). Overall, great app and EVERYONE should have this loaded into their phone... It also works with  Fitbit

So far so good! I just downloaded the app a few days ago as part of my new eating journey. I paid for the upgrade, as I wanted to track more than the free app could provide I'm loving the ability to build / enter my own recipes and track the coffee I drink every day. I've ran into a couple of glitches (edited recipes not saving, etc) but they are minor and the pros of this app strongly outweigh the small issues I've had so far.

I've used the NON Premium version of this app for over 2 years now.  It is AMAZING!  I can only imagine what the Premium version has.  For me, I can track my foods based on the way I eat...meaning six times a day. When I go on the computer I can look at all my records.  I can track my weak areas...too much fat in my snacks or meals or too much sugar, etc.  Because I got into the whole technological thing in fits and starts I have a digital scale with one company and an activity tracker with another and finally a third "program" I'm in through work.  Well with this ONE MyFitnessPal app I can gather info from all those gadgets, devices and programs all on this app to tie in my daily food intake with my exercise and how it affects my weight. It is fantastic!

Firstly it's free so that is awesome! Secondly it really has helped me keep on track. I lost a ton of weight usually this app with diet and exercise a few years back. My husband had a Brain tumor and when he was diagnosed I kinda let myself go. Now that he is stable and doing better I am restarting it and positive I can reach my goal

Love, love, LOVE this app!

It has an excellent calorie tracker with a huge database of food items. You can scan them, just like Influenster! It includes a pedometer, water tracker, and an extremely supportive community that is always talking.

If you're looking to lose weight, bulk up, or just maintain...this is the app to do it!

I have been using this app for a year now and I really like it. I’m not as serious about losing weight as I was last year, but I still use it just to keep track of my calories and my nutrients throughout the day. I think it’s great and easy to use. I love that you have the option to add your own foods and recipes as well !

I use this app for tracking my food and it’s legit amazing. It tells me how many calories all my food I eat is and how to separate my nutrients as well offers recipes and workouts for my body type. It has a lot of amazing features I would recommend this to anyone trying to maintain their weight or get more fit

I love using this app, but it still has glitches. I have my Health and Activity app synced and it seems that my calorie adjustment never works. I love that I can add my meals and snacks and even water into the app, however I wish the duplicate additions for different foods would be deleted and verified by companies.

This is my everyday app. Great to meal prepping for workouts and keep track of your steps. I did not upgrade this app and I find it very useful. Easy to use and I highly recommend to someone that wants to track weight loss and meals.
