I started using this protein powder about 7 months ago due to rapid hair loss from weight loss. Pictured is the new growth of hair I have had over a 7 month period; the texture and shine of my hair has improved drastically. I mix 1 scoop with a high protein milk and cold brew coffee in the morning. The mix is easily digestible and provides an extra amount of energy and fullness. I specifically started the product to improve hair growth and prevent hair loss. I went from seeing scalp through my hair to increased thickness.

Back in the day Miscle Milk used to rule the protein powder world. Their flavor selection was years ahead of its time, and the taste of their flavors also blew the doors off every other brand. Not sure what happened with them but all the ground breaking flavors are gone and today they have whittled it down to basic stuff that every other brand has. In addition to no unique flavor selections to be had anymore the taste of their product has also went dramatically downhill. They don’t taste bad, but everything about the brand is just super basic now and their identity is gone..

I had ordered this brand of protein powder from Amazon and I was very disappointed! when the protein powder came the top was already somewhat open and the smell was really strange. I decided to try one scoop and milk and it was not dissolving at all and the part that does dissolve made my milk taste really weird. I didn't like it at all and returned it.
