I have been trying forever to find a hydrating cream that also helps tighten and fix creapy skin. This one comes pretty close. It is very hydrating. It contains firming lipids plus retinol to help your skin. I have seen some improvement since using it. I have had no breakouts or issues using this. I will add that this is an expensive item about $80. I hope this jar will last more than one month
