I use this as a moisturizer on no makeup days. I think it helps get rid of and prevent acne on my face and chest. However, it’s a little drying and I think there are probably better options. I would not buy it again

I had a few pimples that were irritated and under the skin and I dabbed very little solution on them after my shower. After a few hours the swelling went down. Within a few days they had decreased in size and were fading. I wouldn’t use it too many days in a row because it is strong and will dry out the skin around it.
