Are they small ends or big ends where food goes

They are a little bigger than the traditional/old school spoons with the rubber tip and metal handles. They also have a little more depth. They are perfect even for the first feeding. They aren't something your baby will use for self feeding. They are definitely too small for that.

What age did you kiddos start using these spoons themselves? Trying to teach my 12mo daughter to use utensils, but not sure if it’s too soon.
Are these spoons too long for a 9 month old? I read somewhere that a long spoon is too difficult for practicing self feeding.
Love these! I tried them with my daughter and they work great with her. They are a little deep and it can be challenging to get food from them for the children so I switched when she got older but starting out they are perfect!
I have been using these for a couple months. Has anybody else noticed the colors fade?
