My brother had been taking this for his seasonal allergies as a natural way to keep the sneezing and runny nose away. Even when he used allergy pills such as Zyrtec, it never seemed to do the trick. Anyways so I had also read online that it is suppose to help with allergies,joint pain, migraines, and a bunch of other things since it's a natural sulfur our body needs. I started taking it because the allergy Meds weren't cutting it with michigans forever changing seasons, so far it has cleared up all my allergies except for the occasional eye itch. I only gave it four stars because of the horrible bitter taste it leaves when mixed with water. It's not the worst but I wish there was a way to improve this. I bought it from a vitamin store on eBay and so far haven't had any regrets especially when it really didn't cost a lot for so much of it!
