Due to the current social issues going on in the United States do you believe this movie is socially acceptable.

I think that this movie is socially acceptable - at no point during the movie does the character played by Robin Williams mention wanting to transition, nor does it treat it as something that is wrong. It shows in a way what women go through on an everyday basis - the bus scenes are memorable and it also shows the depth of love that a father can feel for his children. Robin Williams' character always saw what he did as a role - a job if you will.

Uhm, Totally! People are just to sensitive these days. Great classic movie, that nobody had a problem with until 2016...... shame.

Um, yes! This movie is so good, and truly is about a father fighting for his kids doing anything he possibly can. I love it! No need to drag politics into something like this in my opinion
