My husband and I found several boxes of Mrs Cubbison's Stuffing Mix in different varieties on clearance at Wal-Mart and we grabbed a few boxes. We usually make our own homemade stuffing for Thanksgiving, but we like to keep a few boxes of stuffing mix on hand, especially when we are making my mom's favorite zucchini casserole. This stuffing mix is very easy to make and very delicious.
