As this is my favorite cake I decided too make a cheesecake. Using the small slices too put around the top and sides. So tasty. And anyone that loves marzipan like me would love these cakes.

Absolutely cannot beat stuffing your face with one of these bad boys. The perfect ratio of cake to marzipan. A little oblong of perfect yumminess! Kept moist by a delicious jammy goodness!

I love battenberg cake and Mr Kipling really does do exceedingly good cakes. Light with that scrumptious almond marzipan icing, perfection, only problem is stopping at one because they’re so nice and moreish.
