This was a very, very inexpensive eyeliner from the Wish app. It has two ends: one regular applicator tip and one with the edge of a cat eye on it. It's pretty cool. Not the best eyeliner I've ever had, but I'd recommend buying it just because it does the job and it was so inexpensive. It's also pretty large, which is a good plus!
