I am trying to find a little bit more of a budget friendly mascara primer since the one I use is $30. This one is OK but it’s not my favorite. The blue definitely helps. You see where you have put it. I find that it stays a little bit too wet. I usually let my mascara primer dry and get a little tacky before applying mascara but this one does not seem to get very tacky. It also leaves product on my eyelid, which I then have to clean off.

I like Morphe and the Morphe products. The Big Prime Lash Primer does a good job of coating the lashes to hold the mascara. It does tend to take some time to semi dry before the mascara application but works well.
