Finally, a pomade that lasts all day without weighing down my hair or leave any residue behind. My teen boy tried it out too, and it kept his hair in place and was still flexible and natural feeling. It did seem to add some shine on his darker hair but on my light blonde it wasn't as noticeable. It also truly rinses off easily.

I recently tried a sample of Moroccanoil's Lumière du Jour, and it's beautiful! It's a very fresh, uplifting scent. The mix of fig leaf and jasmine feels sophisticated but not heavy. Perfect for everyday wear or a spring brunch. Lumière du Jour opens with a lovely green freshness from the fig leaf, which then settles into a soft, creamy jasmine. The "blonde woods" in the base give it a nice warmth without being too woody. It's light, airy, and very romantic. But unfortunately I don't like it as much. It feels a bit too oriental and fresh for my personal taste.🥺 (But if you like fresh scents - you'll love it!)Even from this small sample, the longevity was decent—l could still smell it on my wrists after a few hours. It was good to try the sample first, it is the second scent from the Maroccanoil, and not my favourite🤷‍♀️
