This product is good - but the only reason I take stars off is because of the price. They do give you a hefty amount - but they haven't truly backed up the claims that it makes you "feel calmer".. at least not for $38. I add it to my tea in the mornings just because I feel like I have to because I paid so much for it. Have yet to try the power one.
