A great blend of mood harmonizing adaptogens. Very high quality ingredients and served in a delightful little package too. I like to add it to my matcha in the morning and I find it takes the anxiety out of a caffeine boost. It’s subtle but you notice when you don’t have it. 4 stars cause I wish it didn’t have stevia in it.
