1 reviewsOrange Flowers by @montaleparfumsparis is a Amber Floral fragrance for women and men. Orange Flowers was launched in 2015. The nose behind this fragrance is Pierre Montale. Top notes are Mandarin Orange, Spices and Lemon; middle notes are Orange Blossom, Honey, Jasmine, Ylang-Ylang and Patchouli; base notes are Vanilla, White Musk, Oakmoss and Cedar, according to Fragrantica.
This fragrance really took me by surprise, it’s intense, almost intoxicating, but in a really smooth and pleasant way. Starts off very floral, with a shy citrus twist - and moves into a much more spicy and heady floral phase. The scent keeps growing warmer, almost incense-like, and the spicy honey notes gives the floral heart a very oriental and almost regal vibe.
Ripe, lush, spiced oranges, a little sweet and a little tangy. Once the alcohol has dissipated then the spice softens and you get all the neroli and jasmine. There is almost a herbal feel. The honey and vanilla become more evident but if you are expecting a gourmand you will be disappointed.
Not bad but not really anything earth-shattering. If you like white flowers, this is little different take on that.
Very good performance,I’m getting 8+hours of longevity, solid projection in the first 2-3h with great scent trail, like you’re having with all Montale. Best suited for warmer weather.
