I picked this up because I’m obsessed with cookie butter! The flavor is warm and spiced without being overly sweet or fake tasting. It blends really well into both hot and iced drinks, and I don’t need much for it to come through. I also like that Monin uses simple ingredients. It’s made with pure cane sugar and natural flavors, with no artificial preservatives or high-fructose corn syrup. That definitely makes me feel better about using it regularly compared to some syrups that have a strong chemical taste. I’ve been using it mostly in lattes and cold foam, and it adds a cozy cookie butter flavor without overpowering the coffee. It’s an easy way to switch things up if you like flavored drinks but still want them to taste balanced.

Very good! Full flavor! Pairs well with many different milks! My favorite is the oat milk or vanilla sweet creamer! Best combo is a cookie butter oat milk latte! 10/10
