Got this moby wrap for my first born and it was absolutely useful during the first few months. My baby really enjoy being wrapped and close to me I don’t believe she ever fuss being in it. My only issue was I couldn’t use it much anymore once my baby became a little heavier like around 6 months. I struggle more in putting her and to carry her weight. The setting up was a little confusing at first with trying to get the knotting and wrapping safety secure but managed. I’ll recommend it for the newborn stage up to maybe 4 months.
The only thing I liked about this carrier is the lux fabric (soft, bouncy, breathable), otherwise it’s a total miss. I watched more videos on how to utilize this thing than I had time for in a day.. and I still never figured it out. There’s multiple ways you can wrap your baby which they show you on the pamphlet photos provided in the box, which is equally just as unhelpful as the videos. Something that’s so time consuming, especially as a first time mom, is their biggest error. It doesn’t feel supportive (probably because I didn’t do it right), but I would never trust this with my babies life. It’s just a long, thin scarf, so I’m sure you can find one in your closet for my cheaper if you are up for the challenge.
I watched several videos to figure out how to use it and I finally got it! But it’s just not something you can quickly get on and get your baby in it. I don't really care for it. Also my baby gets pretty hot in it which bothers her.
