Gosh, where to start? Let’s start with the packaging—it has two parts: the bottle and a detachable circular part that you snap the bottle into at the bottom. That’s how the bottle’s pumping action works, which took me a while to figure out, as there were no included instructions. Next, the dispenser I received was defective, causing the product to continuously foam and leak, even with the lid securely on. Third, the Missha website lied about the actual ingredients included in the product, (which is illegal). Now, to be fair, they quickly resolved the issue with a refund and prepaid return label, but the facts must be stated. Fourth, the genuine ingredient list is still not reflected on the website to this day. Fifth, alcohol, as well as about four different acids, are included in this cleanser, which caused my oily face to feel irritated and stung. Sixth, the Missha website removes certain negative reviews, so be a bit skeptical if you see nothing but positive reviews on this product on their site. Finally, this bottle is huge, so it’s a great value even when it’s not on sale (regular price is <$20).
