It’s easy to prep and it’s a smooth texture and taste. Sadly I have to do this. It’s not chalky and the consistency is nice of this product. Definitely worth it

I have a problem going to the bathroom on a regular basis, but unfortunately, this is just not strong enough for me. Also, the product is a little greedy and it doesn’t dissolve in your beverage that well you can’t really taste. It doesn’t really have a taste. It just has a texture. The bottle is a little annoying to open. Also, I did find I had trouble trying to turn the top. I did take it as suggested, but it’s just did not give me any relief.
