Good mayo alternative (I recently learned that mayonnaise and miracle whip aren’t the same). I think it’s a little lighter than mayo but has the same functionality. It can be used as a substitute for recipes that ask for mayo and you could probably use it for recipes like aioli or other mayo like sauces.
Miracle whip tastes like sweet mayonnaise and I have never been a fan. I liked that this one had a better nutritional profile with less cholesterol and sodium, but the taste is not for me.
Believe it or not I spread this outside the toast to grilled cheese we love it and our tuna salad. The texture is so good. That appearance is amazing. It’s taste so satisfying and it makes it easy for me to prepare my tuna salad.
