So disappointed with this product. I had an open mind, thinking that even though this wouldn’t be exactly like a “real” noodle it would still be pretty good - but no! Probably the worst texture I’ve ever experienced with food, it was like trying to eat boiled plastic scraps.

Delicious new type of noodle that’s super healthy!!!! I’ve never tried noodles like this and I’ll say this is super easy to make, quick and the texture of the noodle itself is great. Not too chewy and not mushy! Amazing health benefits! Light taste!

I really didn't like this. I am vegan and have had shirataki noodles before. These noodles were kind of hard and the texture and taste are both just super unappealing. I had about 4 bits to keep giving it a chance, but couldn't have any more. The broth was only so-so, which was why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I added lemon and hot sauce and drank most of of the broth and threw the rest away. My 6 year old some had some and said it was really chewy and tasted like worms.

First time shiritake noodle eater here. It’s weird. I feel like I’m eating worms and I hate worms. So if you like these noodles, then you might love this. The broth is delicious so I definitely love that part. I appreciate that it’s vegan and gluten free and is ready in minutes. I added some jalapeños for some extra color and spice. The noodles is the only thing holding me back from five stars. So weird to me.
