For being 90 calories, it was good. We added shrimp, carrots, and cilantro. We just wish there were more noodles. One package is only enough for 2 people. So, we thought the package was overpriced. You might need to add more sauce too. My boyfriend loved it though.

These noodles are growing on me. They’re very different. This pouch is delicious. There’s a lot of flavor in the sauce and the tofu is firm and full of flavor. It heats up in one minute in the microwave then you can just eat it straight from the pouch. Makes for a great lunch at work.

Looks really unappealing once you rip open the package and go to eat it. The tofu is dry and too firm, the noodles and sauce are soggy, and the green onion looks nassssssty. The taste is bland and not flavorful, but I’ll give it 2 stars instead of 1 just because it’s super quick to heat up and eat if you’re in a desperate pinch. 🤷🏽‍♀️
