I love this product. It's a perfect replacement for rice/vermicelli noodles. As a bonus, it won't "disappear" if you leave it in your soup for too long. Get it directly from Miracle Noodle instead of Amazon. It's usually cheaper, and you are less likely to have problems like the juice smelling fishy or the texture being off from getting too cold.
I started using miracle noodle products by Dr. Jonathan Carp. I had a heart attack, then I had all of this open heart surgery, just to end up getting a defibrillator pacemaker. I went 100% Vegan, started yoga and hired a Trainor. I became so proactive with my health and made all new life style changes. I started buying the different types of miracle noodles and replaced them with the normal pasta you purchase. I have learned to make so many healthy recipes with these noodles that I even started losing weight, getting and looking healthy. I have transitioned so smoothly into a vegan. I started buying many other products from this company. I forgot to mention I was preparing for surgery on my carotid which was 90% blocked took my test last week and the next day I was told there was no plaque on that artery. I have more test on my hear which is only functioning at 17%. Once my tests are complete in March I have a feeling that that will be reversed as well. I had mitre valve repaired, atrial appendage and cubg done through open heart surgery one year ago. I will keep you posted. I recommend all of their products. I give them a 5 star. I love their products and I am sure you will too.
As a part of my husband and I’s weight loss journey, we cannot have pasta. This has been a significant struggle for my husband as he LOVES spaghetti. We tried Zucchini, Carrot, Spaghetti Squash, etc., and none of them scratched the pasta itch. Until now. While they don’t have much of a taste, they really do the trick. I like to rinse them for about 10 minutes, boil in salted water for about 10 minutes, drain them, and then add them to a DRY pan for about 10-12 minutes. They get good and firm with the water getting cooked out. Add to spaghetti sauce, and they pretty much take care of that pasta craving. Take small bites, IMO, as too much in one bite can sometimes cause them to gel together in your mouth. Otherwise - two thumbs up!!
