I have used Mira for getting pregnant with my first pregnancy and now I am using it again for trying for our second, it gives so much information and stops guessing when you’re ovulating

The functionality of the Mira Fertility Analyzer is amazing, and practical. The accuracy seems to be pretty accurate according to my ob/gyn, with things being slightly different as it is measuring urine instead of blood quantities. The storage seems good, and durability seems to be pretty strong. Though I have been TTC since December (2025) with this device and zero positive pregnancy test. I thought it would work as we have been trying since December of 2024. So taking that in account I an not sure its worth it. As wands are expensive as well. I have tried the Max and Ultra Wands. Both are pricey. I included an example of what the graph looks like from a previous month.

love the insight this product gives- as someone in their TTC journey with irregular cycles it has become such a staple in learning about my cycle and my hormones in general. It gives a lot more data than OPK can - only downside is their price for 20 wands - it is pretty pricey compared to regular OPK kits but for the cycles you are truly TTC it is worth it
