Oh Mio, how I love thee. The flavors are fantastic on these drink mixes. You get the added benefits of electrolytes in this flavor which is an added bonus. You can’t go wrong with any Mio drink mixer.

Good taste, can feel refreshing if you want a break from just plain water. Now, If you want a cleaner healthier option you could just add fresh lemon to water and might be cleaner and less chemicals.

The orange isn’t the best for me personally but still was good. The energy feels pure like b12 with no harsh crash or caffeine jitters. Great replacement for energy drinks
