I use this liner to fill in my brows. I recommend on brows instead since it looks super natural. It does smudges after a while that’s why I recommend it for eyebrows.

As someone who wears brown eyeliner most days this is hands down my favorite for the past several years. It always makes a clean, sharp line, is well pigmented, and long lasting.

The color of this brown liner is literal perfection. It's neutral, not overly warm like some and it's a true brown, not almost black with a brown reflection like some. It is in a pen with a felt tip. The felt tip is a bit longer than average to me, which gives you a very precise thin line and wing. The one thing I disagree with is that it's waterproof, I would say it's more water resistant if anything. But if you do some serious crying only some of it will be left. Other than that though, the color and opaque-ness overall make it a very nice eye liner.
