The taste was not the greatest, though it did help my cravings. I was able to stop smoking within 30 days of using this product. Def recommend! The package design is beautiful

This is a great option to finally give up smoking for those who are serious about quitting! It doesn’t make it a easy quit but it definitely helps n is better than cold turkey

These are a great value, and very effective. I have been struggling because of the flavor of other brands but this doesn't have that itchy sting very happy
