The good: The brushless motor does not bog down easily I noticed, even when you’re leaning into heavy cutting or grinding like a rebar. The safety features are best in class - the disc stops almost immediately once you let go of the paddle unlike the older versions which needed a lot of time to “spin down”. The new guard change system is also a breeze, no more hunting for special tools each time you switch the disk. The build quality is phenomenal, this thing can take a beating! The critical practical realities (cons): This tool is thirsty! 5 ah battery drains in no time, unless you have a larger battery I.e 8ah you will find this frustrating. The bulk and weight is a bit annoying and not for everyone, this tool is a workout and does hurt your forearms after long use. The paddle switch can also be a bit finicky I find. Overall this is a workhorse and performance wise no complaints, but it doesn’t come without some serious drawbacks. Fortunately I’m young don’t mind the weight and have larger batteries, but take that into consideration before buying.

Love this grinder, its compact and easy to handle, making small home improvement jobs a total breeze. Its noisy, which is to be expected of a power tool but not to excess. Its very easy to change sander pads, or add grinding dics

Bf loves Milwaukee. This angle grinder has been through the wringer, the precision is impressive and easy to use hold. This has opened 120 shipping containers that had been welded shut without any issues . The disc are expensive to replace but definitely worth it . Not heavy to hold , safety mechanisms excellent. Is loud and does get hot but with some gloves you’ll be set 👍🏻
