This is a very well made hole saw, it was relatively inexpensive for as rugged as it is; it didn’t come with the mandrel, but I already have other Milwaukee hole saws so I have a few different mandrels that fit this saw. I can’t say if the ice hardening makes a big difference in the performance of the hole saw, but it works well in any event and I don’t have any complaints about it.
