I purchased the oatmeal chocolate chip and the taste was delicious however it unfortunately didn’t increase my milk supply. I’ve found that Body Armour drinks increased my milk supply almost instantly. Perhaps these didn’t work for me but for someone else they can. I don’t think I’ll be re buying, especially for the price but if they would’ve increased my supply then I would’ve.
