I've eaten a pack a day for 2 days. My morning pump was 1.5oz combined. I usually don't produce in the morning. 8/10 for effectiveness in the first couple days. It tastes like a regular lemon cookie in the beginning, but in the end you taste every other ingredient in the cookie. I'm happy I caught them on clearance.
