I really didn’t like this eyeliner at all. It’s more of a stringy gel like consistency than it is a liquid but it’s supposed to be liquid. I had a hard time working with it because it kept globing up and stayed stringy which made it hard to lay down the liner, especially the wings. 2 stars instead of one because it dries down matte and has a nice pigment but that’s the only thing I liked about this.
