This is a nice soft eyeliner that you can smudge it stays on it's really pretty amazing stuff. It's better than many of the very expensive ones I have. And it comes with a smudger and its own sharpener. I love the stuff

I use good every day to define my lips! The first pass I rub in with my finger, then apply another layer and it wears so well throughout the day. I love the color and the consistency, and not having to worry about a sharpener is a life saver! Will continue to repurchase!
