I love this product help me PMS, helpful in my bad days. I recommended all the times. Is ease to carry with you all the time. Tray you. I usually used package in capsules, tray and let two how you feel!

Easy to swallow and helped manage my PMS symptoms, especially boob pain lol. Wasn’t super helpful on cramps, but bloating and pain from other parts of my body were improved.

I don’t love taking medicines so I really try and avoid but when it’s really necessary this really does help and it works great. I’m happy to have. Different option now.
