I tried the new midol heat vibes and I was honestly impressed. The warming sensation starts quickly and really helps relieve cramps and discomfort during my period. it feels soothing and helped reduce my pain for hours. they’re easy to use, comfortable , and perfect to take on the go. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for those tough period days

I really want to love these! Very easy to apply and not really any maintenence or assembly. Just put a patch where you are cramping and the warmth relieves the pain. I think they are safe and a nice way to relieve pain especially when I'm not in a place I can use a heating pad. For me the price just doesn't make it worth purchase. For me it didn't relieve for 8 hours... it worked for about 4-5 hours so for most women with bad cramps you might need 2 a day and if you are like me and cramp very bad for about 3 days it would take 6 of these but the price is $11 for 3. I can't see spending 22-33 every month to relieve cramps.
