I’ve been using the Microderm GLO Diamond Microdermabrasion for a few months, and it honestly gives my skin that fresh, post facial glow. My face feels smoother and my skincare absorbs better after each use. It’s easy to handle and much cleaner than old style crystal machines. That said, it’s not cheap, and results aren’t instant, you need to stay consistent. The suction can feel a bit strong at first, so go slow if you have sensitive skin. Overall, it’s a good at home exfoliation tool for maintaining smooth, bright skin, but not a miracle worker.

I have had this MicrodermGLO Microdermabrasion Machine and Suction Tool since June 2018. I use it every other week and it has done wonders for my skin. It removes all of my dead skin cells and makes my makeup application look flawless. This machine couldn’t be any easier to use. It takes the guesswork out for you. The machine’s screen shows you where to start on your face and has a timer letting you know exactly how long to focus on this area. It then beeps and shows you which area to do next. It even shows you the direction you need to move in on each area… whether you need to pull up towards the temples, down towards the chin, etc. It comes with several replacement filters, an extra diamond tip, a brush for cleaning the tips, and a charging base. You can order additional tips in different sizes and replacement filters. It also has three suction levels. I strongly advise you to start on level one during your first use. If you don’t move quickly enough or pull just right you can break your blood vessels and end up having what looks like hickies all over your face. It doesn’t show up instantly so you won’t know you’ve done it until it’s too late. Take it easy and go slow, building up a level until you’ve learned how to use it correctly. Once you do this will become one of your favorite beauty routines.

Although a little pricey, this appliance has really made a difference to my face. After just three treatments, my skin is softer and glowing. The fine lines around my mouth have really diminished. I'm planning to continue to use it after my Microdderm GLO Spa+ Facial Steam treatment and thorough drying my face twice each week. I bought some very effective serums and creams to use immediately after each session which continue to soothe and hydrate my face. This is much less expensive to do at home at your convenience than at an expensive spa. I deliberated before buying it but I'm very glad I did. It does not hurt at all, either.
