I received this for free. I took 3 capsules twice daily until I finished the bottle. The only difference that I noticed was that I had less cravings. I didn’t I didn’t feel like I had more energy. I didn’t notice the difference in my weight. I will not buy or recommend this.

So I used the whole bottle of this and am still on the fence. I do think it works but not if you’re looking to shed a good bit of weight. I’d say more for maintenance instead of weight loss. It’s really comforting knowing you’re using natural ingredients instead of chemicals though so for that alone I’d purchase! If you’re looking for a natural weight loss product then I’d highly recommend!

This supplement gives me more energy. I took a break from it after a week to see if there was a difference, and I could tell I was getting the late afternoon sleepies again. I haven't noticed any weight loss, nor weight gain. I suppose the energy burst helps you burn more calories during the day. The only thing is the serving size. It's a lot. Check out the size of the pills. If you have trouble swallowing, I wouldn't recommend this product. And it's 3 at a time, so also take with some food. Overall, I've had a positive experience with this product.
