My mom is borderline diabetic. This capsule supports you glucose metabolism and also have avocado in them. You supposed to take it with meals and 3 capsules at a time, the pills kinda large. My mom have take it for awhile now and she had no side effects. My mom like it and and no complaints. But my mom takes it for a while now she said she doesn’t see any results yet. But may be she not take it enough time to see the result so probably I will buy more for her to truy it.

I’ve noticed an extremely positive difference in my metabolism. Generally I’m backed up and uncomfortable. This product helped get my body moving and grooving. I’ll continue taking these for the long term.

I received these in exchange for my honest review. I hate to say I didn’t notice much with these but again taking 3 of the rather large capsules two times a day was a lot for me. This would be good for someone who has blood sugar issues that needs helps stabilizing them. Also suppose to help with maintaining healthy cholesterol levels.
