I love this product. I have been taking this for over 3 years, and it has improved my digestive system. My gut isn't as bloated as it used to be. It definitely makes it easier to retrieve some fiber into my health. The packaging is a big container. 2 glasses of this in water always helps me get through my day/night routine.

Since i have a survey this year i find out i have diverticulosis and i begin to drinking this fiber and i think is one of the best fiber i feel a bit diferents and is kind of expensive but is for my help so i drinking it. So i recomend this product to everyone.
